Beginning with a site survey of your space, we then move through the process of creating design boards, floor plans, and optional 3D renderings. We finalize or decor and furnishing projects with product sourcing and order management. Turn-key installation is also available.
We offer our services at an hourly rate, as well as provide full design packages for a set fee based on the square footage of your space.

Our renovations begin similarly to our Decor & Furnishing projects: With a site survey and floor plan. They also provide the same high-quality deliverables, but with the addition of architectural detail design such as wall placement, trim detailing, reflected ceiling plans, etc. Our team works alongside contractors to ensure every envisioned detail is brought to life accurately and beautifully.
While we offer renovation services at an hourly rate, we also create custom renovation packages which outline a list of deliverables based on square footage, design involvement, and renovation type for a set fee.

We begin every virtual project with a detailed questionnaire and subsequent review with you over Zoom to ensure we understand your design style and preferences. Next, we move through a month long process that includes design boards, floor plans, and optional 3D renderings. While we do source products for these projects, order management is not available, and trade discounts do not apply.
Hourly rates are not offered for our Virtual Design services. Instead, we have design packages with set deliverables based on square footage and space type.
